Burlesque Shoot with Zara

This is the only shot I have managed to edit from the shoot so far. Working with the lovely Zara once again and with my good friend Nicholas Ainsley on hand for technical support we headed out to 'As You Like It' bar and restaurant in Jesmond early on friday 5/2/2010.

The shoot went really well we made use of a couple of speed lites and had the portable Bowens connected to the mains. We did several different locations around the bar- all in the same outfit and managed to get several really good shots. Of which, this one is my favorite.

The next shoot I am going to organise with Zara could hopefully include an outside location, weather permitting and will be arranged for early March.

The Bullet Time Exhibition 12/12/2009

The Bullet Time Exhibition in the Gate, Newcastle went fairly well. There were a few teething problems during the intial set-up as the weight of the cameras upon our makeshift rig was giving us something to worry about.
Everything worked out great though, there was a good turn out of people who actually just came for the exhibition and we got a lot of the public involved just by pestering the people who walked by.
We created a small accompanying documentary, though it is only an initial edit- to be completed when the Bullet Time footage has been stitched together.
Hopefully there will be more work to come from this, the technique is amazing and quite a rarity in the commercial world. So fingers crossed!
